What can I do if my iPhone 16 Pro won’t get past the Hello Screen?
I was setting up my new phone trying to transfer from my old iphone 11 pro. Eventually the new phone requires to update with the new ios and was taking too long. while it was updating, i restarted the device, it's stuck on the "hello" and can't get any further to using the new phone. when i try to force shut down, it just reopens to the "hello" while having my passcode and can't swipe up to unlock it. I tried force restart multiple times. I also let the battery die and recharged to switch on. Nothing has worked so far. I have contacted apple service center, they do not have appointments for today. I am a little frustrated. Will going to a service center help ? Would it take long to have them fix ?
