Apple has for years advised against sharing an Apple Account. Read this --> Make sure that each family member has a unique Apple Account - Apple Support

As long as both phones share the same account, the data from each phone will be accessible to each user (if there are two users).

Stop using the same Apple account on them.

If they are used by different people, each person should have their own account. If one is a personal device and the other is used for business, you should consider creating a different ID for the business device to avoid cross contamination of data.

Turn off iCloud sync, don’t sync things to iCloud. Or use a different Apple account. Good luck
