Hello. Any coments, My iPhone looses the audio and it’s because it connects the AirPods when they are stored in their case, I have to turn the Bluetooth off to disconnect the AirPods from my iPhone and get the audio back.

Confirmed that both AirPods are both fully seated in the case, and confirmed that the AirPods case lid is clear of anything in the rim or the lid that will prevent the case lid from fully closing?
If the AirPods aren't fully seated and the lid fully closed, the AirPods won't go offline.
I've seen crud build up in the rabbet nearest the lid hinge cause problems, for instance.

Thank you, I will double check but the weird thing is this also happens with another JLab earbuds that are brand new. I have checked the lid and seems to be closed.
