I went into settings, tapped "Do Not Disturb, Under People, It is set to "None Allowed", under Apps," also set to "None Allowed", Yet I still get marketing calls ALL DAY LONG!! I don't want to sell my house or get a business loan!!! How do I get "Don't Disturb" to stop calls fromn coming through?

In Settings/Focus/Do Not Disturb turn off Intelligent Breakthrough and Silencing.
Also tap on People and turn off Allow Repeated Calls, make sure you have selected “Allow Notifications From" and make sure Allow Calls From is set to Allowed People Only (even if there aren’t any).
Next, is Do not Disturb turned on with the button in the green circle (it should be white):

Do Not Disturb is on but calls still come through on my iPhone
