How can I fix my iPhone 15 that won't charge?

I have a charging plug with both usb and c female ports. Both ports are working completely fine with other devices but when it comes to my 15 it charges for a second and then stops charging or even sometimes its an endless loop of charging and not charging with 1s intervals. Sometimes it doesnt charge at all. Ive taken it to the phone shop to get it fixed but they said its working and they showed me that its working so im assuming its a problem with my charger which doesnt make sense because its charging the other phones. Ive cleaned the ports myself and the shop did too but it just isnt charging at home. Ive used different plugs, different wires but nothings working. Sometimes i get lucky and it does charge but its a headache trying out every single combination, swapping ends, flipping the wire over, trying different sockets, etc etc. If anyone can help troubleshoot please do.

Edit: just tried doing a software update. No luck. I took a video of the issue but no idea how to post it 😅😅

I havent taken it into an apple store yet, theres none near me. Closest one to me is an hour drive away.

Did you buy the phone new from Apple? If not, did the seller say a new battery was installed.

99% sounds high for 113 cycles. Typically, health decays at a rough rate of one percent a month.

That is what led me to ask if the battery had been replaced. Aftermarket batteries are seldom fit for purpose, and some cannot even do proper condition reporting (health; cycle count)
