Did you buy the phone new from Apple? If not, did the seller say a new battery was installed.

99% sounds high for 113 cycles. Typically, health decays at a rough rate of one percent a month.

That is what led me to ask if the battery had been replaced. Aftermarket batteries are seldom fit for purpose, and some cannot even do proper condition reporting (health; cycle count)

Hello~ I am going to suggest that you take it in to Apple for a look see and it sounds as if there may be an intermittent charging port issue.

So what are you expecting from us here? We can’t snap our fingers and fix your iPhone. If it’s new it’s under warranty. Take it back to currys and let them either fix it or replace it. You’re in the U.K. right?

It doesn't soud as if there's anything wrong with your battery.
