As IdrisSeabright posted, you need a different kind of messaging service if you want to be the exclusive manager. One widely used platform is https://groups.io. It supports small groups (under 100 members) for free, and also has paid services with no upper limit on number of members.

You would need a dedicated group messaging app for that sort of control.
