Why is Apple refusing a refund for in-app purchase despite meeting requirements?
- I recently bought vip on some game i play, i didn't like it so i refunded it within not even an HOUR. they said i didn’t have the requirements for an refund when i clearly do. i even read the refund terms and i clearly read “If these features were activated and cannot be disabled by the person in possession, Apple may refuse the return or exchange.” which they easily can its just a game. why is someone at apple lying to me when i clearly met the requirements.
