I’ve done the content blocked method. All my restrictions in settings say they’re off, but there are still apps (specifically Discord) that I can’t download. I’m not sure what I’m missing or doing wrong. App store is the only thing I have an issue with.

Turn Screen Time off completely at Settings > Screen Time, and scroll to the bottom to Turn Off Screen Time. After that restart your device and test again.

Then my only suggestion would be to try signing out of your Apple Account and signing back in. If that does not work, contact Apple directly to see if there is a problem with your account.

What happens when you try?
The developer has rated Discord at an age rating of 17+, so you may be seeing that age restriction depending on your age.
It has the option completely greyed out for me. I can’t even try to download it which is why I’m asking about the restrictions. All of my age settings are set correctly and restrictions are off entirely.
