How do I return an unopened iPhone 16 Plus purchased outside the U.S. for a full refund?
Hello,
I had placed an order for an iPhone 16 Plus, but after placing the order, I changed my mind because I intended to use the phone outside the U.S., and the new iPhone models no longer support physical SIM cards.
I contacted Apple Support immediately and was assured in the chat that the order would be canceled and not shipped. I also received an email confirmation that the cancellation was successful.
However, two days later, I unexpectedly received the phone. Since I was traveling at the time, I wasn’t able to return it within the standard return window.
Now that I’ve returned to the U.S., I’d like to return the unopened device and request a full refund.
Can you please help me with the return process and provide the official invoice again as well?
Thank you for your support.
