I have a black, semi-spherical dot on the screen, next to the camera button. Does anyone else have it? How can I do this problem?

Yep. If it doesn't appear in the screenshot, it's either physical damage or a hardware failure.
Does it appear in a screen shot? Can you post a photo or screen shot? It's rather difficult to picture what you're seeing.
I don’t see on screenshot, maybe this is destroyed pixel? I used to Jscreenfix, but last one didn’t help me
