How do I cancel Apple Care without having the device and it doesnt show up in my account?
I still get billing emails. I changed my card number and it still keeps billing me for an iPhone 12 from years ago.

As with any subscription or recurring charge, changing the card number has no effect as the PNO (VISA, Mastercard, etc) use a Billing Updater Service to transfer them to your new card number.
