Unable to sign in to Apple Account on Apple Watch Series 10

can't sign in via watch app 'general/apple account, been spinning for over 5 minutes. I've been trying to get reminders to sync.

Cannot log into with Apple ID to WatchOs 11. I got to Settings and there's a message "Update Apple Account Settings". I touch the message and get "Update Apple Account Settings" Some account services require you to sign in again. Continue". I click Continue and the interface shows an endless spinning thing. I have shut the watch off and restarted it. I have booted it. Nothing seems to work. Find It doesn't find anything since I'm not logged in. I just got it so I'm returning the Watch until I hear Apple has their stuff together. I read a series of posts from a few years back that comments have shut down. This sound like a permanent issue.

Apple login on apps issue. I have a Apple Watch Series 6 with the latest software, in a family, and I don’t have a paired IPhone. What are some ways I can allow Apple Sign In from my watch settings for apps? As in, when I click on the button on an app that says “Sign In”, with a big Apple logo before the text, it says, “Cannot Create Account. Your Apple ID cannot be used to create accounts for other apps” with an ok button below. Also, sorry for this being enclosed in a quote. I just don’t know how to get out of the quote block. Is there any way I can use my watch to sign in?

What is happening? Is it spinning, or do you get the message verification failed? If the latter is the case, this is a known error the last few days, you might want to give this to apple as feedback via this Link
