I recently got a new iPad, and my phone had transferred all the pics to iPad and I don’t want that to happen. So now I turned off the iCloud sync on my iPad, but the pictures are still in my iPad’s album, will it be ok if I delete them all? If I do that will my iPhone pics or iCloud pics get affected and got deleted too? Thank you.

If you turned off iCloud Photos, your iPad no longer syncs with your iCloud and the photos on your iPad are now stored locally. If you delete them, they will only be deleted on your iPad, and your iCloud library won't be affected.
