Suddenly got a hairline crack on my less than two months old macbook air M4's touchpad. The AASP denied to replace it under warranty. Will it be covered under apple care plus?

What did the AASP quote you for that repair? If the Trackpad can be replaced on its own, then that repair may be cheaper than using an AC+ damage incident which would be $299 US because it would fall under "Other".
