If your Beats are not flashing white, that means that they are not in pairing mode and your Android phone will not be able to "see" them to pair with.

Let's try resetting the Beats, and then, pairing them with your phone.

  1. Put the buds back in the case.
  2. Make sure both earbuds are seated properly in the charging case and that the lid is open.
  3. Confirm the case has some charge. Plug it in for 10–15 minutes if you're unsure. If the buds or case are dead, nothing will happen during reset attempts.
  4. With the lid open, press and hold the system button on the front of the case for at least 15 seconds. The LED indicator should flash red and then white. Once it’s flashing white, they’ve been successfully reset and are in pairing mode.
  5. Pair with your phone.

If they still don’t flash white:

  • Inspect the case and buds for debris or damage. A dirty charging contact can prevent proper reset.
  • Try a different charging cable or wall adapter.
  • Update your Android OS to the latest version.
  • If nothing works, try connecting the buds to another device (iOS or Android) to rule out phone-specific issues.
