How to automatically set the volume on iPhone Shortcuts / Automation

I want to use my phone as a radio alarm clock to wake up in the morning. I made a new automation in the Shortcuts app so that music will play automatically at 7.30. However, the phone volume does not adjust automatically - if it happens to be set at 0% it won't wake me up (or if its at 100% if could be very annoying). Is there a way to automate the volume as well, so that it sets to say 60-70% right before the alarm comes on?

I have an iPhone 15 running iOS 18.5.
