How can I recover my stolen iCloud account if someone keeps canceling my recovery requests?

Dear Apple Support,

My iCloud account (bexruz****@icloud.com) was stolen, and the person who took it keeps canceling my recovery requests every time, just before it completes. I have submitted several recovery requests, but I lose access each time.

I contacted Apple Support through chat, but they gave me a phone number I cannot call because I am in Uzbekistan and don’t speak English well.

My iCloud contains personal photos and game accounts (PUBG, Free Fire). Please escalate this to the senior team. I need urgent help to recover my account.

Thank you,

Bexruz

This is a user form and not Apple support. You will see that Apple has, for your safety, redacted information from the email address and phone number you posted publicly. posting information like this publicly is one way to scammers use to steal your accounts.

You will need to call a nearby countries Apple support phone number listed at Contact Apple Support - Apple Support

Fair warning Apple customers are in full control of their Apple ID on their and only. It is unlikely this will be escalated because Apple does not intervene with Apple account sign in or compromised issues from their side. If you think your Apple Account has been compromised - Apple Support

Account Recovery is used to regain access when the Password has been forgotten. It is not going to be useful when someone else already has control over your Apple Account. There is no way for Apple to determine ownership of an Account, because only you are in control of the information when it is set up and you do not provide Apple any documentation to prove ownership. You create the Password, and your region also supports two factor authentication that prevents anyone else from signing into your account unless they have the verification code sent to a Trusted Device or Trusted Phone number.

Also you will want to make sure you are not the one cancelling the request by using any device signed in while waiting for the Account Recovery process to complete.

  • Regardless of how you started the account recovery request, you should turn off all other devices that are currently signed in with your Apple Account until account recovery is complete. If your Apple Account is in use during your request, your account recovery will be cancelled automatically.
  • If you started your account recovery request with iforgot.apple.com through your device’s browser, you should avoid using that device during this period. If possible, turn that device off. Using that device might cancel account recovery.

Apple Support varies by region and you will need to use the method available to you. None of us here on this support site are able to process that request for you.

This is a user-to-user forum.

We have no access to this Apple Account.

Apple may or may not read postings here.

As for attempting recovery, any use of any device logged into the same Apple Account will block the Apple Account Recovery request. Your own use of another of your devices logged into the Apple Account will block a recovery, as can some perpetrator with the credentials.

You may well need to transfer your devices to a new and different Apple Account, if you cannot complete the recovery path. This is no longer your Apple Account given the security compromise, or you’re trying to social-engineer your way into somebody else’s Apple Account.

To discuss this with Apple Support, you will need to find somebody that speaks English or whatever language is involved with Apple Support in your region, as Apple appears to provide support in English and apparently not in Uzbek. (From en-uz, “Products, services, and OS functions may not be available in this country.”)
