iPhone 16e overheating despite minimal use and charging

I bought a new iPhone 16e a few weeks ago. I've only charged it 9 times, all in a row and in a room at 21 degrees (which isn't a hot temperature), and on all occasions the phone barely charged even when I used it, and above all, whether I used it or not, it overheated more than my previous iPhones. If I use it for more than 10/15 minutes, I feel it overheating again. I don't have any apps open in the background, I don't leave it exposed to the sun, and I don't leave it connected to the charging port more than necessary. I think Apple should investigate and release an update to avoid this, since, from what I've read in many forums, many 16e iPhones are experiencing overheating issues.
