How do I stop receiving WhatsApp and Signal messages on my Apple Watch?

On my new Apple Watch I still receive WhatsApp and Signal messages, while my ‘Messages’ is configured to ‘Notifications Off’.

i have no WhatsApp and Signal on my Watch. So I’m not able to configure anything that way.

I find it annoying to receive the messages on my watch. What to do to stop it?

iPhone, Watch app, My Watch tab, Notifications, turn off Whatsapp and Signal (in the lower list)

FWIW, I do not see that option in the Notifications list for my Apple Watch 9, either.

I have it for Whatsapp because I have Whatsapp installed on my phone.

I dont go near signal so I was guessing.

Problem is neither provide an app for Watch so the results are unpredictable.
