Different brightness of the logo when turning on the iPhone 14 Pro Max

Hello, I noticed that when the device is turned on, the logo shines at one brightness, then clearly increases the brightness by "3 points" (the effect of increasing brightness is comparable to increasing the volume with buttons), and then returns to its original brightness. Can you tell me if this problem is related to a faulty device or is it an iOS bug? (system 18.5)
