when on the phone, apple logo is warm color instead of white.
when i turn on phone, there is apple logo then the screen is on with all apps. During the turn on, apple logo is warm color for a while then white color. What is the reason?

That is the color temperature adjustment caused by True Tone being enabled. It’s designed to warm the tones, in particular the whites because overly blue tones affect some users. It can be turned off in your Settings app in Display & Brightness.
