i tried to factory reset it

A factory reset erases all of the data on your iPhone. Is this really what you did? Did you restore the phone from a backup after it was erased?

and so factory reset it another time

How did you do this if the phone "turned white again" after you reset it the first time?

Is it possible that you meant to say Forced Restart rather than factory reset?

If you have performed a Forced Restart a few times and the screen is still turning white, there has been a hardware failure on your phone and it will need to be serviced at the Genius Bar or an authorized Apple service shop.
