How do I open Apple Maps website links in Safari?

I asked this question beforehand, but not very succinctly. When in Apple Maps, on my iPad, when you search for a location, like a store, there sometimes is a website link. When you select that link, it opens the webpage in Maps. I would like a default option to open in Safari instead of Maps. I am a native English speaker living in a non-English country and need to Translate most pages as I am still learning the local language.

Or, have Translate available in Maps. Not as good a solution, but would be helpful.
