iPhone XS Max that my father purchased during his stay in Malaysia.
The phone was bought from a person in Malaysia in good faith, but unfortunately, no purchase
receipt was provided at the time. Furthermore, the seller is no longer available at the previous
address, and we have no contact number or other means of reaching them.
Currently, the device is showing an iCloud Activation Lock, preventing us from using the phone.
We assure you that we are not involved in any fraudulent activity and that we are genuine users
of the device. We are hoping you will kindly assist us by removing the iCloud Lock so the device
can be used again.
