Why does my iPhone 13 shows "Unknown part" after screen replacement?

I have replaced my iPhone 13 display

Did Apple service staff replace it, or a third party shop, or did you do it yourself?

I want to go it from my setting

It will stay until all parts can be auto-verified as new genuine Apple parts through official Apple processes.
