Allowing Multiple Regions / Countries for the APP Store

One of the most time consuming and frustrating features of the iPhone is that you can only select ONE REGION / COUNTRY for your APP Store. For those that live in multiple regions or travel a lot for business or even for vacation, this means logging out of your account and creating a new account for that region. And it also requires you to have a phone number and mailing address and credit card for that region. Why is this not a feature in 2025? Can Apple enable a multiple region feature on the account so we can set it once and continue to use and download apps from multiple regions? Or has anyone else figured out a workaround that doesn't require signing out and signing in with a new account for that region?
