Replaced screen and “Repair Assistant”

It does not appear to be an authorized Service Provider, as a result they do not have genuine parts to service iPhones and there's no telling in what they do. You are on the right track and please take it back to them and see what they can do to make it right. But on Apple's side there's nothing they can do now.

If you can't find the name of the shop that performed the service, a third-party shop installed a non-genuine Apple part. At this point, Apple won't touch your phone, so your only option would be to take the iPhone back to the shop that did the "repairs".

Who replaced the screen? If it wasn't done by Apple or an authorized service provider, your phone is now unsupportable here and Apple won't touch it...

If it was done by Apple or an authorized service provider, take it back to them. They didn't complete the job.

Where did you have your iPhone screen replaced? If it was done at an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider, it's possible it wasn't installed properly. If it was done at a non-authorized third party provider, there's a very good chance the part is non-genuine.
