Replaced screen and “Repair Assistant”

Greatings,

i have iPhone 13 Pro with replaced screen which says that it’s unable to verify if part is original or not. So there was a one text on internet saying that when you go to “Repair Assistent” in settings there should be button “Restart and Finish repair” to callibrate new screen but there is no any button which says Restart etc…

I have force restarted device, iOS is newest 18.5, I have over 20% battery and I am connected to WiFi as Apple wants…

Can someone, please help me with this issue? Is there some desktop app which can fix it, when it’s not showing up for me?

Thank you, Paul.

In our country Czech Republic is big electroshop called Smarty.cz which sales new and also used iPhones, this one was used and had replaced camera and display, camera is verified and okey but display not. Will take it to them. Device has normal 2 years warranty.

It does not appear to be an authorized Service Provider, as a result they do not have genuine parts to service iPhones and there's no telling in what they do. You are on the right track and please take it back to them and see what they can do to make it right. But on Apple's side there's nothing they can do now.

Was the service performed at an authorized Apple repair shop? You can find a list of authorized service locations in your area using this link:

Find Locations

If you can't find the name of the shop that performed the service, a third-party shop installed a non-genuine Apple part. At this point, Apple won't touch your phone, so your only option would be to take the iPhone back to the shop that did the "repairs".
