Ok, I have done everything possible to avoid butt dialing. I have turned off all the buttons I needed too. I am still doing it. I have set up Face ID to open phone but that doesn’t work. I even push the side button n put the phone to sleep but still end up calling someone. What’s the deal any help.

You need to turn off Tap to Wake. Open Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Tap or Swipe to Wake.
This will stop butt dialing. But you'll now need to tap the side power button to wake your screen going forward.
Also, is your iPhone in a case? If no, it should be if you carry the phone in your pocket. That will make it harder to tap the side power button awake.
