How do I get a refund for an auto-subscribed, recurring 9.99 charge from the CoinIn app?
I downloaded this app to scan and catalog as well as value coins, it automatically made a subscription with a recurring 9.99 charge before i could even use it. I canceled and described this to app store support to request the refund and it was denied, same as my appeal, and followup with my financial institution. I contacted the developer directly and am met with the message that apple manages the fees payments and subscriptions and even the dev cannot provide one although they understand the problem. It is apples discretion only! Has anyone had success recently with obtaining a reasonable resolution or refund in a similar scenario?
