How do I fix audio not matching with video on my Apple TV?

It doesn't matter which channel - audio and video do not match. I have restarted etc

How can I fix no sound on Apple TV when streaming? Why is my Apple TV only playing audio? We have a new Apple TV (4k?) device. It's hard wired to our router. Speed is 100 Mbps. We constant have issues with HBO-Max, Prime Video, and another. ( Don't rem right now). Netflix is good. It's super frustrating. All is see are tons of complaints on the internet. Minimal on apple support. I don't need super clear tv as long as it works. Our TV is older. Hdmi 1080p. Any leads would be greatly appreciated. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Is this about channels in a TV provider app? If so, which one?

Do you use TV speakers, or do you have a different audio setup? Please detail that to us.
