How to fix humming sound in AirPods Pro by replacing the tip?

I had a humming / buzzing sound from one of my AirPods I tried doing all the things mentioned but the solution was much simpler. I removed the tip and discovered there was no humming without it so the issue does not require a restore or reset of any kind - simply replaced the tip a number of times in different positions making sure it was securely in place and voila! no more noise.
