You can't. Storage is fixed and cannot be increased.
Need more storage space on your iPhone?.....buy a new phone with as much storage as you can.
Sorry but System Storage on iPhone cannot be increased and is set right when you purchase the iPhone. Considering the iPhone 8 is fairly outdated, the storage options back then (64, 128, 256 GB) are fairly small compared to the options today (Going up to 1 TB) and can be inadequate for today's content. As a result you'll need to purchase a newer iPhone with more storage.
