C. View Device Manager:

- Expand: Bluetooth
- Look For: these AirPods
D. Permit Access:
If you have any Security Software installed on your PC, see about allowing these to be permitted to connect.
E. Get New Bluetooth Drivers:
A bit technical for many, but updating the drivers for Bluetooth on your PC would be wise to do. Get these from the Manufacture's Web site, and none other, as a way to avoid scams and malware installation. If you do not fee comfortable getting these drivers, then consider having someone you trust and knows how to perform driver installation do so.
