Why is Quora on my Screen Time?

The Quora app is appearing in my iPhone Screen Time reports, but I have never used the app or visited the Quora website.

For the past few months, I’ve noticed “Quora” consistently showing up in my Screen Time data. I had never heard of the app until I looked it up after seeing it listed. I have never downloaded or used the Quora app, and I’ve never accessed their website through Safari or any browser.

• There are no other Apple devices signed in to my Apple ID.
• I’ve verified that no one else has access to my account.
• I am the sole user of this device and account.
• I have not shared my Apple ID with anyone, and no unknown logins have been detected.

I’d like to understand why Quora is appearing in my Screen Time, and how to investigate or resolve this issue. Could this be a mislabeling error, background activity from another app, or a system bug?
