Friend disappeared from Sharing Activity in Fitness app

Hello!

Yesterday I noticed that a friend of mine disappeared from my Sharing Activity friend list in the Fitness app. I would like to know the reason behind that. :(

Of all the actions that could possibly affect this, I can name the following:

changing accounts in App Store
logging with my Apple ID on a new MacBook
going to another country together with the same friend (but they claim that Sharing Activity list was just fine after we got back)

I don’t remember who is who in the Game Center friends. It’s been awhile since the last time I added friends to my Game Center. I’ve been noticing that I have a friend that plays the same News Puzzles as I do daily and always shows in the Game Center leaderboard. I can’t tell by the username who it is, so I went into his profile but I can’t see a real name or something that links it to somebody in my contacts. Is there a way to know who is it I am playing with?? I realized I don’t know who 75% of my Game Center friends are just by looking at their username.

Deleted sharing activity on apple fitness app on iPhone and Apple Watch Hi, I am wondering how to delete a friend whom I’m sharing my apple activity in the apple fitness app with. I have gone into my Apple Watch fitness app and can’t find her name when swiping right into the sharing screen. Has she already beaten me to it? I have also entered the apple fitness app on my iPhone 14pro max, clicked the sharing tab in the bottom right corner and can’t find her name either. Can someone please let me know if she has already deleted our shared data between each other or I have to delete it a certain way thanks
