Is it normal for iPhone's battery health to drop to 83% within a year?

If battery health drains 83 with in 1 yr . Is there any problem to phone

Depending on how you treat your iPhone’s battery. If you deplete it to 0% and charge it to 100% everytime it’s expected for the battery to age faster. If you charged your iPhone normally (everytime (when it’s possible) at 20-30% to 80% during the day and to 100% at night) your battery health shouldn’t drop that much and it’s a clear issue.

Battery Health Normality:

There really is no standard of time to go by. Unfortunately, there is no way to determine why, nor when, the Battery Health decreased. In fact, it is known to increase at times. As for it decreasing within 1 year, that would be expected when, and if, used. Apple recommends you get a new battery, when the Battery Health reaches below 80%. I've had my Battery Health at 85% for over a year now, with no decrease since. So, all is fine.
