If you were shared this YouTube video it can display in your Spotlight Search. It certainly does not mean your iPhone was hacked. Simply tap Clear on top of the video link in Spotlight Search to remove it.

Thank you for replying! i was not shared this video. i have no clue how it got there. It’s not in my language and i don’t know anyone that speaks this language or shared this video

Interesting, but I wouldn’t worry about it too much. See if in Settings > Search, Show Related Content is on. If that is your iPhone and partners can automatically suggest things in your Spotlight Search, so I would turn that off. If that doesn’t do it go to Settings > Search, YouTube > Turn off Show Content in Search. Wait a few seconds then turn it back on. If it still doesn’t go away, you can leave that off permanently.

Okay i guess i’m just a little paranoid because some other people told me i probably have spyware. But ur probably right again thanks for the input!!

I can most assure you that your iPhone is not hacked. Think about it, if someone were to hack your iPhone they would take your personal information and credit card info right, not to deposit a YouTube video link. I also find things in my Spotlight Search that I haven’t viewed in awhile I forget about. Don’t worry about it and you’re welcome!

Thank you it went away! but that wasn’t really my concern. More how it got there. Cause i don’t think it was “related content” or something shared cause it said “recent searches” so that would mean I would’ve had to search it right?

Good point. But there could be many reasons for it showing up we may never know that shouldn’t be worried about, such as if it was even just viewed somewhere on your iPhone, sent to you, etc.
