Hello, I am the owner of an iPhone 11 Pro Max that is stuck in Lost Mode. I have recovered the phone but Face ID is not working. I do have access to my Apple ID: [yo*****.com]. Please help me disable Lost Mode. I can provide proof of ownership if needed.

As for clearing lost mode pending that Face ID hardware repair, use iCloud Find My: Use Lost Mode in Find Devices on iCloud.com - Apple Support (see the “Turn off Lost Mode on an iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch” section)
If this is Stolen Device Protection (set to Always) (and this is not lost mode), use iCloud to remotely erase and remove the iPhone from your account, get Face ID fixed, and re-add the iPhone to your account.
