Unable to sign in on Apple TV
I was able to get past the 2 factor authentication step but now it tells me that “photo stream isn’t set up for this Apple ID account.” Even though I have iCloud Photos on

Unfortunately, the legacy models Apple TV box (A1378, A1427, A1469) do not support the current state of iCloud anymore. iCloud has changed, and the system software for the legacy models has not been, and will not be, updated for that.
Secondary, the My Photo Stream part of iCloud Photos has been discontinued for all users on all devices, since July 2023.

You may still be able to use the remaining functionality of that model Apple TV box, but for iCloud services you will need a newer model.
