iPhone 13 Pro Max White Screen Display Issue

I had using my iPhone 13 Pro Max for 3 years, till now I haven’t faced any software/hardware issues or whatsoever. Most of the time I used it for camera , social media not for gaming though. I even recommended few people to buy apple devices for their build quality and longevity that no other brand provides.

But suddenly on 12th June 2025 while I was using banking app got few glitches in display and screen completely turned white , At first I thought may be it was software bug or any update issue because there is not even single scratch or cracks or dent on my screen/device but I was shocked and surprised to see that I was unable to turn off my device , if there was any fault from my side I would have taken my device directly to authorised service center and get it repaired. Hence I raised issued with apple support team and had conversation with yohann one of the apple technical advisor and followed few troubleshoot steps given by him to force restart my device , I tried but it didn’t happen and my issue was not solved. Then he told may be it is battery issue and suggested to visit authorised apple service centre for diagnosis and get it.For the same I had got appointment, I hope it will be resolved and there isn’t much issue..

still couldn’t believe this happened without any of my fault or accidental damage!!

if there is any major hardware issue ??

if it’s true then it means even apple devices are not manufactured to their superior standards that would last more than 5 years until and unless it’s accidental damage from customers..
