iPhone 13 dropping cellular connection and unexpected touch inputs

So for the last few months the Ihone 13 I am using does some strange things. mainly with the screen. it has bee going to random websites clicking or moving things such as apps on desktop or when in a app such as a web browser, changing what is on the screen.

I know in the past with my old(defunct) Iphone - there was at least one bug where the edges of the phone would either cause 3G(at the time) to fail or cause screen issues. which, the Iphone seems to act up when certain parts of the sides are touched.

plus, the cellular and other ares of communication seem to drop at least down a few bars if not completely stop service(s) gor a while or so.

the edges of the screen look ok and do not seem to have pushed out. the usb-c port does seem to a bit loose but intact.

reformatiing and restarting the phone has had little to no effect.

the recent update has also had no noticeable effect but, thhe update may be the same update as of the possible released version.

are there any back doors to try. maybe grab some tech info or maybe a repair. a hard (back door) reformatting may not be the correct answer.

any possibility that my number might also be being used on someone else’s phone/device? this number was purchaed out side of where i live this, instead of 515 570 I have 515 -206.

part off my thoughts as why i am considering this issue to be caused by the number being used on another device/phone is due the fact, that I have had a few breakins to some of my online accounts linked to my phone number. one act for sure was my student loan corp.

sorry for the anything typed wrong, I have turned off autocorrect.

What you describe sounds like your digitizer on your phone is failing. This is commonly seen with a cracked screen, although it can also fail without the screen being cracked. Have your phone diagnosed at Apple, and it may require a screen replacement.

The dropping of your cellular service is either due to poor cellular coverage or a hardware failure in your device's antenna. Apple can also diagnose that condition too.

Someone knowing your phone number has no ability for them to access your device.
