Hello - I am no longer receiving text message notifications. I have checked all of my settings and they are correct. This happened with the last update. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I purchased an iPhone 16 Pro today and during setup, it prompted me to update to the latest iOS version. Before updating, I configured Apple Pay, and verification codes were received via SMS without any problems. However, after the software update, I can send messages, but I'm not receiving any incoming SMS. I noticed this issue when attempting to log into my banking app, as the expected SMS verification code never arrived.
