WhatsApp backup stuck on iPhone despite troubleshooting attempts

My WhatsApp is currently stuck in this position and no matter what I do I can’t fix it.

I’ve tried restarting my phone, changing WiFi, turning iCloud Drive on and off, signing in and out of iCloud, nothing seems to be working. I don’t want to lose all my chats. Can someone please provide any advice that can help.
