AirPods reset not working and one AirPod has charging or audio issues

Hello! I’m having an issue with my AirPods. I’m trying to reset them by pressing and holding the button on the case, but the indicator does not flash orange or white.

Both the case and the AirPods are charged, but the reset doesn’t work.

Also, sometimes one of the AirPods doesn’t work properly — it’s either hard to hear or it doesn’t charge.

Could you please help me with this issue? The product is still under warranty.
