How can I recover deleted Adobe files on my iPad?

So I maybe one of the unluckiest persons ever! I use the Adobe acrobat app to read pdfs of books for school. All was well until 1 day ago the app stopped working. You would open it, and it closed instantly. Mind you this was on my iPad. I have a very important pdf that I was using and for whatever reason, said it couldn’t store it to Adobe cloud so it just was stored in an Adobe file with other pdfs on my iPad. When the app stopped working I deleted it and reinstalled it. First time I did that the file folder was still there and the app still wasn’t working. 2nd time the file was gone and didn’t return when I reinstalled the app. The app continued not working for maybe another hour or so. Reached out to their support, no help whatsoever. I suspect maybe the files have been deleted permanently. I am so desperate but is there ANY possibility at all that somehow apple could possibly recover them? (Unfortunately this folder for whatever reason wasn’t backed up on iCloud like my other documents). Also there is nothing in recently deleted folder.
