I am getting these details when trying to check with my Airpods Serial Number. What it means ? I bought it from Dubai Apple Store. Just opened it and not able to connect to bluetooth, not appearing the name of airpod and not appearing the case in my phone screen as well. how can I understand what is the problem with it ?

It appears you were sold a pair of fake AirPods, not authentic AirPods. Take them back for a refund if you can.
