Unauthorized subscription charges after cancellation in App Store

  • I have subscribed in one from apple application and I cancelled it since April and it’s still debating from my ac in UsD and the amount was in SR still I have the same issue and I couldn’t refund my amount and until today I have the same issue

The purchase you see is not from the app subscription that is managed by Apple. You have created a Website subscription and that is between you and the website without involvement by Apple. Using Apple Pay to pay for the subscription on the website does not mean that Apple is managing the subscription, it just means you have sent the unique token provided by the bank of the card being billed by the website and the website is directly billing your card using that token.


Woofz does have instructions on cancelling these Website subscription:

For Website Purchases:

1- Cancel your subscription purchased on our website in your account:

    • Open the “Web Profile”;
    • Log into your Account;
    • Navigate to the Subscriptions tab;
    • Tap “Turn off auto-renewal”.

2- Cancel your subscription purchased on our website via sending a cancellation request via https://woofz.com/contact-us


If you are unable to cancel the subscription using these methods and do not get any help from Woofz, then your only other option is to dispute the charge on the credit card being billed.
