How to remove the speech bubble and pause icon from iPhone?

This icon is barely visible on every screen (top photo). If I accidentally touch it it opens to 2nd photo. It is in the way and I have to keep moving it out of the way. How do I get rid of it?

That is the Live Captions feature. You can turn it off in Settings > Accessibility > Live Captions.
