My Macbook Pro M4 freezing then I´m working on the comuter.

Then I was working, surfing on web or writing email or more my mac freeze working.

Sometimes I think another user is controlling my Mac. This is NEW Macbook Pro M4 laptop. I´m not happy with this. I have use Malwarebytes program for viruses and i have tested VPN but I´m not using VPN morre. What can I do? Is any program in my Mac than I can check my Computers for errors or something?

Are helpful people there some can help me?

To trouble shoot further you can:

—A SafeBoot Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support will sort many anomalies

Does a quick disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, third party system modifications and system accelerations are disabled temporarily.

Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.

This test will tell you if third party interference; most extensions etc are not loaded in safe boot mode.

This will tell you if it a universal issue or isolated to your user/admin account.
