These networks are associated with your carrier, and their preference to offload their cellular traffic to Wi-Fi.
You will have already performed the obvious check of verifying the network as being associated with your carrier too, by discussing these networks with your carrier.
You could further verify this carrier offload usage by removing your cellular plan from this device and watching the managed Wi-Fi networks also removed as the carrier-specific network configurations data is removed.
And yes, it is unfortunate that the carrier offload implementation and terminology overlaps with the provisioning profile mechanisms that concern you. But that similarity is because the same underlying mechanisms are used, though for different purposes..
offloading Cellular to wifi is not possible they are to differnt networks this is why wifi calling works when cell nwtwork is poor differnt signal there are about 3 cellular signals and wifi is a signal cellular is a different signal offliading anything between the 2 is not possible 5G offloadsto 4G and LTE
so you believe the carrier will use a service they provide to bussiness/corperate accounts on cunsummers without there knowledge or consent to do a screen sharing session they need consent but for a managed wifi network that has an admin with over ride controls they dont? comon dont be a fool
when i can confirm corperate accounts with cellular usage this has been confirmed by apple of an mdm service by a corperate account and when i call tech support and ultimatly are talking to those responsible it gets comivle what they say i had a store rep agureing with tech support cuz the kept saying it was an apple thing but would listin or acknolege that said networks diapear when i turn of line they kept blaming apple when its not apple has the software to support mdm service but dont deploy them and when youve been through what ive been through i dont think or assume what im saying they are facts those manged networks were asociated to my number by someone with a bussiness/corperate account with verizon
bro do you hear yourself wifi over celluar does not mean that they connect it means when you have poor cellular signal it will switch to wifi if wifi is avaible but they absolutley do not connect or share data their data souces are different so please speak of somthing you know becuz when a person with the true imfo heats you you sound siliy instead of repeating what somone told you you should look it up your self because i would love to see documented anywhere that cellualr service or data ofloads to wifi it doesnt offload and thing its a different system no body has authority to turn on wifi or wifi calling if these turn on by themself and you did not power the device off and on then wifi can not turn on with out human interaction whete can i read about cartiers putting on managed networks for cunsummers with out consent you cant cuz it dont excist but everything im saying is easy to look up and verify so put up or shut up your info is made up verizon can only manage the networks yhey provide sevice on 5g 4g lte etc none have locks on them
wrong offloading traffic is only offload traffic acumalated on mobile data which then 5G will offload to 4 G if your on wifi and there tomany devices using data your service will slow and there is no offloading offload to where if you knew anything about bussiness/corperate accounts youll know everything about managed networks and what therir for go read corperate networks managed wifi nerworks in privacy poilcy and then say somthing until you do youll be talking nonsense

Alas, no. 5G is 5G, with either wireless or wired backhaul at the towers.
For compatibility, most cellular networks can communicate with a mix of cellular clients.
Cellular offload is from cellular to Wi-Fi.
Wi-Fi uses 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, or 6 GHz, usage which differs from what cellular uses.
